On this episode, Jake, Preston, and Josh give their take on response to calls regarding mental health. They will be reflecting on past calls that they have responded to and talk about the outcomes of these calls where they may have ended peacefully or things could have went sideways. This episode will provide some insight on what it's like to be on scene and the thought process that occurs while trying to diagnose the situation and handling the call correctly.
