Ryan placed 12th last year at the 2022 Foot Locker National Meet, gaining his First-XC All-American title in the process. Ryan holds PRs of 4:09 (Mile), 8:48 (3200m), and recently ran 14:40 on the grass. Ryan is committed to run for The University of Notre Dame.
