The Capacity to Forgive

This week I interviewed a woman who has overcome an unimaginable trauma she experienced beginning at eight years of age. She described her home life as a “house of horrors”. But, it was a ray of hope, a little light she held onto which she now knows was the light of Christ that allowed her to survive but not only survive but to forgive those that hurt her.  Now she shares her story to encourage others that no matter what you’re going through there is hope. Whether it’s you or someone you know that has dealt with similar circumstances or situations that seem insurmountable, listen as Sheila shares her story of faith, hope and resilience that enabled her to see the light of Christ.
