It was first published in Collier's in the United States in November 1924, and in The Strand Magazine in the United Kingdom in two parts, in February and March 1925 This episode was dadapted for the 1947 new Adventures of Sherlock Holmes w John Stanley. The Case of the Ever-Blooming Roses A minister calls Holmes in to investigate the case of the ghostly repeated blooming of roses.
