First, they talk about the recent lawsuit filed by the Town of Rhinebeck against the new Six Senses Resort that is in the early stages of development in the Town of Clinton. Second, Walter and Emily discuss the Town of Red Hook's plans to use eminent domain to take over the private Red Hook Boat Club in order to give Red Hook residents access to the Hudson River for boating and other recreation on the river.
