"The Cave of the Beasts" is a short fairy tale in which two young sisters are abandoned in the mountains by their own father, left to fend for themselves in the wilderness. Stumbling upon a hidden cave sealed by a great stone, they discover glittering jewels and golden beds — along with the wolf and fox who own them.
