from High Ramblings Hosted by EnSolo
✨“The master’s tools will never dismantle the master’s house. They may allow us to temporarily beat him at his own game, but they will never enable us to bring about genuine change.”✨ ~Audre Lorde I recorded this a few days ago… it was inspired by the above quote… It’s important that we open our eyes, and recognize that those in power do not share the same goals as we do… while they may create the illusion of progress, if we rely on them to make meaningful changes within our communities, we will never see it happen. Change has to start with us… ✨🌀
