Pastor Seye concludes this two-part series on the character of God. In this part, we see God's character as merciful and compassionate. He emphasizes that God's merciful acts in the scriptures are an outworking of His character. God's attributes describe God at the core of who He is.  We also examine God's faithfulness as His character. We see God as reliable, dependable, and stable. He doesn't break character.
