The Chicago Tylenol Murders

This week Maddie covers the Chicago Tylenol murders. This case involves a series of poisonings that happened in theChicago metropolitan area due to drug tampering in 1982. The victims consumed Tylenol branded acetaminophen powder filled capsules that had been filled with potassium cyanide. At least 7 people died in the original poisonings, but there were several more deaths due to copycat crimes.
