Meanwhile, Joe Biden made his second run at the Presidency, eventually dropping out and being chosen as Barack Obama's running mate and getting elected to the Vice Presidency. 2020: The year Donald Trump ran for reelection amidst a global pandemic, nationwide protests against racism, and economic calamity, and Joe Biden makes his third attempt at the Presidency and finally wins the nomination.
