The Christian Response to the LGBT Lifestyle

We are teaching on the issue of the LGBT lifestyle. While many Christians know that God and God's word are against this lifestyle, many times we don't have a firm grasp of why God is against this lifestyle. We will discuss the harmful effects of living this lifestyle that the media won't talk about. We will also talk about how Christians should respond to those who are living this lifestyle.DISCLAIMER... we discuss the mental effects, and physical damage that occurs when someone lives these lifestyles. We will be discussing suicide, depression, sexually transmitted disease statistics, Gender reassignment surgery and referring to sex in broad terms. While we won't be going into intense detail, we do want to forewarn those who attend so they can plan accordingly.This is an issue that the church and everyday Christians cannot afford to bury their head in the sand about. We want you to have God's heart and a compassionate Christian response when you face the issue.
