The Christmas Announcement

Today's Promise: Luke 2:10-11 It may seem surprising that God chose to announce the birth of Jesus not to kings or scholars, but to a group of unknown shepherds on a quiet hillside. Yet in that moment, heaven revealed the heart of Christmas.   In this episode, we focus on the angel's promise from Luke 2:10-11, the good news of great joy for all people. The angels declared that fear is no longer necessary because God's perfect love has come near. They proclaimed that the birth of Christ is truly good news; hope, salvation, and eternal life wrapped in swaddling cloths.   Most importantly, this promise was not reserved for the powerful or the religious elite; it was for everyone. From shepherds to kings, there is room at the feet of Jesus.
