Christmas letters are arriving in cheerful armfuls at North Pole Post. Penny and Pip have Santa's sealed replies ready to send, but one broad envelope will not sit neatly with the little ones beneath a single red bow. Penny makes blank practice papers before trying two boards and two bundles. Across the covered passage, the Workshop taps, rustles and hums.
