When Melisandro wakes up she finds out she is allergic to happy kids and the sounds of their laughter. As Christmas approaches she breaks out in terrible hives all over her body and face. Malisandro decides to kidnap all the children in town to end Christmas. She also wants revenge on Santa for putting her to sleep for a 1000 years. Melisandro comes up with a plan. She disguises herself as a public relations lady and passes out flyers for a big Holiday event called the Haunted Christmas Castle. The kids can't resist as she tells the kids that the  Christmas Witch gives kids wishes for whatever they want. The kids abandoned Santa in favor of wanting to get wishes from the Christmas Witch. Santa is suddenly out and the witches are in. Melisandro sets up a Christmas sled pulled by horses to take all the kids to a big yacht. The ship takes them to a faraway island where she will get rid of them and end Christmas.
