The chronicles of Aakash Nambiar

Aakash Nambiar is a barefoot runner from the beautiful state of Kerala. Aakash is super passionate about traveling and running. He combines the two wherever he goes. He carries his Insta 360 camera, and documents his experiences on instagram, where he can be found by the name ‘barefootmallu’. Since the pandemic, he has travelled to and worked from numerous places including Kashmir, Manali, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Bangalore, Spain, Portugal and a few more. And wherever he has been, he has done a few long runs. For examples, he ran from Abu dhabi to Dubai,  Madrid to Toledo in Spain Peniche to Lisbon in Portugal  And he has done most of the LLRs that I’ve done. For those who don’t know, LLR stands for Last long run of the year. It’s a tradition we’ve followed for many years. We end the year running from one beautiful city to another and celebrate the year at a beautiful destination but not before we’ve done two back to back ultras distance runs.
