As a solo mom of three sons, two through adoption from foster care, she weaves lived experience with professional expertise at the intersection of trauma, race, adoption, and faith. With an MS in Marriage & Family Counseling and an MA in Theology & Social Justice in progress, Kristen speaks, trains, and coaches in two primary areas: trauma, helping individuals and organizations/churches pursue healing, and social justice, equipping Christians to engage their faith with clarity and courage. She also walks alongside women navigating the tension between inherited faith and a growing call to justice.
