The Church's Greatest Failure of the Last 40 Years?

The church has largely surrendered the mantle of prophet in favor of the title of salesman. Everything from Christian rock to seeker sensitive ministries has resulted in a lukewarm stew that will soon be vomited out of God's mouth. Music wasn't intended for evangelism. The church service isn't an evangelistic tool. We need to increase the fire, reintroduce holiness and let those who aren't interested in Jesus to walk. Too many have wrapped Jesus up in pretty wrapping paper and wrapped him with a bow, hoping people will deem him interesting and exciting enough to follow. This is a serious violation and a blight on the church.
