Edwin Arroyo is making his Major League debut on Monday night for the Cincinnati Reds against the Kansas City Royals. Arroyo's call-up comes as the Reds place Elly De La Cruz on the IL with a hamstring strain that is characterized as "between a grade 1 and grade 2" and will keep him off the field for close to a month. The Reds will be without their star player for the first time in almost 280 ballgames.
