The Circles of Sexuality: More than just sex!

In this episode of "Unzipping Taboos: Candid Conversations about Sex with Dr. Sue & Charlie," we explore the Circles of Sexuality, a framework that helps break down the many layers of human sexuality. Dr. Sue and Charlie talk about each of the five circles—sensuality, intimacy, sexual identity, sexual health and reproduction, and sexualization—discussing how they intersect and influence our overall understanding of sex and relationships. We dive into how these circles impact everything from body image and trust, to communication and pleasure, while also tackling some common misconceptions.
