The City's Backyard Ep 67 JOE WALSH is playing VETS AID 2023 and drummer JOE VITALE drops by to chat about all about it, plus we talk about his longevity and history with Walsh and the songs and albums over the years!

Joe Walsh is playing VETS AID 2023 with his drummer Joe Vitale! We love having Joe drop by ...that's "Joe Bob" to Don Henley from The Eagles as what he calls him not to confuse him with Walsh when they all have played together on tour. We catch up with Vitale to talk about VETS AID coming to San Diego in November, plus his history and longevity with Walsh over the years. Plus we dig deeper and discuss some of the Joe Walsh album cuts or deep cuts you could say, and get his perspective on this catalog of great rock and roll songs that this iconic drummer has been a part of.  Not only that.... but we  go out to the backyard of the Mid West and talk about his playing with The Eagles,( Joe Walsh of course), CSN, Neil Young, Peter Frampton, Ringo Starr, John Lennon, and more! For more on Vets Aid tickets like we mentioned and this awesome classic rock drummer check out his website while you listen to this episode!https://joewalsh.com/pages/vetsaid-homepagehttps://www.joevitaleondrums.com/
