One of the criticisms of President Obama is that as the first African American president he"has not done enough for the Black community". It's a complaint made about many African American politicians, regardless of office, and particularly when it comes to improving the economic issues facing the Black community, such as unemployment, low property ownership, and slow entrepreneurial growth.
