The Clouse Corner: Taking The Best Photographs Possible

from Close to Home · host Brennen Clouse

This week on the Clouse Corner Brennen is talking photography, what to avoid and how to get the perfect snapshot. There really is nothing like a first impression, and the first impression your property listing often makes is through photos, and so it makes sense that you should be willing to put a little extra elbow grease into getting them just right. It's important that people be able to see themselves in your space without it seeming like someone else already lives there, and that can be a hard line to tread. Personally Brennen has seen photos ranging from amazing to outright bad, it just comes with the territory. But the suffering of his eyes is our gain! This week he's dropping the bare-bones basics of taking photos of your home that will get people up off their butts and into your open house. It may be art, but there is definitely a science to it.  As always if you have additional questions please reach out to us, we love to hear from you!
