With Bob Deleo resigning to go teach at Northeastern University, a new special election is scheduled in March.  In this special Cod Cabin Series, the crew talks to the candidates to see what they have to offer for the people of Revere and Winthrop.  Up first is Valentino Capobianco, the former chief of staff to Senator Paul Feeney.  We ask him about his past comments, his plan for high tides in the area, and what his thoughts on transparency when it comes to voting in the state house.
