On both a personal and professional level values are ultimately the most important thing you have. The decisions you make, your emotional response to your daily activities and the growth of your business are governed by your values. Steer your ship too far from them and you are lost at sea with something that no longer looks like your vision . The values contained in the Code of the West are old but I find the need for them has never been more apparent. They ground me, council me and guide me towards the man, father, husband and leader I strive to be. They are lights that lead me home and at the same time forward.
