The Coffee Show Redux (And Then There Were Two)

from Blood and Iron

"It is said that the civilized man seeks out good and intelligent company so that by learned discourse he may rise above the savage and closer to God" ~Sir Edmund Blackadder Not ones to break routine and miss our Tuesday chats, Justin and I simply sat down over coffee to just have a talk. With the probability of a second installment to the educational series later this week we decided to put that chat out as a full episode. We touch on some of our usual topics: Highland Games and Training, Grip Strength, Powerlifting, and Strongman. We also had to bring up the remarkable accomplishment of Russian lifter Andrey Malanichev, who this past weekend recaptured the Squat world record with a 1047 lb lift. He also broke the 2500lb total mark as a raw lifter. As always we thank you for your listens and your support. Please take a minute to give us a rating on your preferred podcast platform.
