The Cognitive and Physical Decline of Donald Trump
from The World Between Us · host Norse Studio
There are several documented instances raising questions regarding Donald Trump's physical and cognitive health. During a press conference ostensibly focused on reducing prescription drug prices, he appeared to fall asleep, seemingly entering REM sleep. At another press conference following an incident at the Washington Hilton, his focus inexplicably shifted to defensive remarks about the building's security and a tangent about wanting to build a "golden ballroom".His physical mobility has also drawn significant scrutiny. Observations and video footage have shown him struggling to walk in a straight line, such as zig-zagging during an August meeting in Alaska. In other instances, he has required physical guidance from foreign leaders, including being led through a room by the Japanese Prime Minister.Transparency regarding his medical history is characterized by a lack of direct documentation and reliance on questionable summaries. Following the July 2024 shooting incident in Butler, Pennsylvania, he promised to release his official hospital records but failed to do so. Instead, a statement was issued by a former physician insisting it was a bullet wound to the ear, which was used to push back against the FBI Director's suggestion that the injury might have been caused by shrapnel or glass. Despite claims of being struck by an AR-15, observers noted a lack of scarring or marks on his ear, which he casually attributed to being a "fast healer".Furthermore, his official medical assessments contain highly unusual and disputed claims. An April 2025 health summary cited "frequent victories in golf events" as actual evidence of his robust health and neurological function, a bizarre metric for a formal medical document. The same report listed his height and weight at 6'3" to 6'4" and 224 pounds, a figure heavily disputed as being artificially low. Notably, his expected annual medical report for April 2026 has not been released. Additionally, during a semiannual checkup at Walter Reed in October 2025, he underwent advanced imaging, including an MRI. While he has publicly declared the MRI results as "perfect," he has completely avoided releasing the actual records despite direct challenges to do so.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-world-between-us--6886561/support.
