The Collin Street Bakery is a Corsicana, Texas institution. Running since 1896, they were world famous for their deluxe fruitcakes. But in 2014 it would become famous for a much different reason: fraud, when it was discovered that their accountant, Sandy Jenkins, had been embezzling from the bakery for almost a decade. Not only had he gotten away with it so long, but the amount of money he managed to steal from a bakery most well known for fruitcake would send shockwaves through the community.
