this past week, i attended a webinar put on by good friend stephana colbert, author and founder of jewell jordan publishing, that featured actor/author dr. gladys devane and actor/scholar/author charles dumas. they discussed what it is and means to be black, our daily struggle for acceptance along with the importance of legacy and progress for the current and generations to come. listen to my retrospective on their enjoyable discussion, which was a beautiful and amazing expressive gem of black longevity, knowledge and hope!
