The Commons Innovation Fellows: Talking talent retention and more with Milwaukee's brightest students

Talent retention, innovation, and startup activity have long been lagging in Milwaukee — but in recent years, we've seen the momentum pick up. The Commons is one of the organizations making this shift happen. The Commons brings students from Milwaukee's collegiate ecosystem together and pairs them up with our thriving corporate and startup worlds to teach them entrepreneurial and innovative skills. They get real-world experience working with Milwaukee area businesses, and everyone wins. On this episode, we're joined by three of The Commons Innovation Fellows: Olivia Menzia, Tara Rahmani, and Ahmed Ali.
