I know a lot of people have struggled with the idea of growing in a business, not so much because they personally don't want to grow or see the benefits of it, but because they know it's going to cause interpersonal issues either in their romantic relationship or in their friendships.    So I wanted to talk to you about that topic and share some strategies that you can use to have success both professionally and personally.  I also share a little story about what prompted my personal interaction with this topic so that you know that this is something that most people will encounter on their journey to growing the law firm of their desires.   Tune in now!   In this episode we discuss: Trusted friends and advisors that may not fully understand the changes occurring in you and your business as you grow.
