Andaz art-and-design-focused luxury lifestyle hotels. 6. Alila Luxury boutique hotels, often in amazing coastal destinations. 7. Hyatt Place mid-tier brand offering large rooms. 8. Hyatt House Similar to Hyatt Place, but focused more on extended stay, Hyatt describes this chain as “A Flexible, Elevated Approach to Extended Stay” 9. Hyatt Centric upscale lifestyle properties being on the “center of a neighborhood” 11. Hyatt Ziva – all-inclusive family resorts 12. Hyatt Zilara – all-inclusive adults-only resorts 13. Miraval Only 3 of them luxury wellness resorts 12. URCove by Hyatt Focused on the Chinese consumer 13. Caption by Hyatt select-service lifestyle brand with smaller rooms and lively public spaces 14. Hyatt Residence Club Hyatt’s time share. 15 Locations. All within the USA. 15. Thompson Hotels – luxury boutique hotels Hyatt acquired Two Roads Hospitality that brought in a few of these brands A small chain of 19 hotels 16.
