The conception of time: Autism & ADHD - With Luke

from Crohn's and Autism Awareness Advocate · host Mason Milne

In today's episode the return of the Autumn specials we head to Germany to speak to Luke. We speak about the differences between ADHD & Autism. Luke was diagnosed with ADHD when he was 10 years old. We speak a lot about our interests music being one of them and how it helps us.  We speak about the conception of time, not realising how much time we may have left on a task. We both talk about how distracted we can also get. Luke and I talk about the differences and similarities with Autism & ADHD. With Routine people who are Autistic tend to have more of a routine than people with ADHD but as we say in the podcast everyone is different.  This is Luke's first ever podcast!  Thank you again Luke with some great advise!
