The thirteen stars represented the thirteen Southern states. Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas , Virginia, West Virginia, Arkansas, Tennessee, North Carolina South Carolina, Missouri and Kentucky . Negro we’re not only fighting for freedom they were fighting for their lands.
