G. Richard Shell is the Wharton School’s Thomas Gerrity Professor and a professor of Legal Studies & Business Ethics and Management. Over his 30-year career, he has won almost every teaching prize the Wharton School has to offer. He is also the director of Wharton’s Executive Negotiation Workshop and its Strategic Persuasion Workshop.
