On this episode, I'll discuss an area within the church structure, that I strongly believe needs to be fought for; the employment of women for full-time ministry. Our church AND Christianity, needs to address the lack of opportunity for women who have a yearning to be employed in full-time ministry but have no desire to be a Pastor.
