We also have another interview from the British Columbia Construction Safety Alliance's recent Health and Safety conference, featuring WorkSafeBC first responder mental health committee chair Trudi Rondou about mental health challenges for those in emergency services, many of which mirror conditions faced by those in construction. She also listed a number of resources both sectors can use to help with mental health issues.
