The Contractor Guys, No Special Guest, But Plenty of Humor

Welcome to The Contractor Guys, the no frills, straight-talking show where the job site meets the airwaves. Hosted by Kurt Bohmer, Greg Powell, and Barry McKeever, this podcast brings together decades of real world experience, sharp humor, and unapologetic opinions from these guys who know the industry inside and out. There are no guests, because they don’t need them this week. Instead, this show thrives on nonstop listener interaction, with plenty of live phone calls rolling in from listeners and clients alike. Whether it’s solving on-the-job dilemmas, swapping war stories, or calling out the good, the bad, and the ugly of the trade, nothing is off limits. This episode keeps things lively with giveaways, surprises, and their signature Theme Music Showdown. Listeners call in to vote between two iconic tracks: “You Ain’t Nothing But a Hound Dog” by Elvis Presley, and “Foxy Lady” by Jimi Hendrix. The votes are tallied live, and the winning song earns the honor of closing out the episode. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s built from the ground up, just like the work they do.Originally aired: November 11, 1994How did you like the show?
