Send us Fan MailRecently, I attended a client meeting with a specific manager. We conducted a private experiment observing how people reacted during the meeting based on the way people were conversing in the language they were utilizing. The results were startling: The word "but" was used in the first 10 minutes 40 times People reacted adversely or perceived negatively based on what people were saying or how they set it 30 times in the first 10 minutes with 26 of those 30 times been demonstrated before someone was even done speaking. This is not a scientific experiment rather more of a observational experiment that revealed the power of conversations in the language we use.Checkout our next Training Magazine Webinar: Using Assessments to Coach on Tuesday March 17th at 11:00 am cst: register Here: https://www.trainingmagnetwork.com/events/1825?Welcome to Coaching Conversations We have created a NEW and Innovative line of books called Workplace Coaching Books.
