He’s an internationally renowned conference speaker, author, black belt martial artist and 80’s breakdancer. He has released a number of cookbooks, has a YouTube channel and a podcast called Shooting the Shitake. He also defeated Bobby Flay on “Throw Down! with Bobby Flay”.
