When visiting the hospital where Dave’s first grandson was critically ill, he rounded a corner where written on the wall was a message about “giving.” Having recently retired as a Lead Partner at Deloitte, that writing on the wall seemed to be a “God Wink”— directing him to accept the offer to become CFT’s CEO.
