The corporate culture of silence that enabled and emboldened John Derringer continues at Corus now that an external investigation into his behaviour and the workplace environment has been completed.Corus claiming personnel matters are private affairs.The Toronto morning radio host lost his job at Q107 three months ago facing allegations of being abusive to other staff members, particularly women who worked on his show. Women came forward claiming Corus executives paid them more money to keep their complaints quiet over the years.
