Farwell is an author, attorney, and national security expert who has advised the U.S. Government on global initiatives and actions, communication strategy, cyber policy development and authorities, and cyber security. He holds a B.A. from Tulane University, a J.D. in Law from Tulane University, and a D.C.L.S. in Comparative Law from the University of Cambridge (Trinity College). He is an Associate Fellow at King’s College, London, and a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Middle East Institute in Washington, D.C. He is a Visiting Scholar at A.B. Freeman Tulane School of Business.
