Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has vowed to overhaul state energy companies following a corruption scandal that has rocked his government.But corruption scandals are not anything new to Ukraine having been a feature of its prewar history. corruption was, however, something Zelensky promised to clean up during the 2019 election.
