In today’s “Great Resignation” it is even harder to find good talent, let alone retain them. This becomes a hidden tax on your business and can be a drag on your growth. I decided to take my team of doctors to the Scheduling Institute’s Culture Fest 2.0 in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago with the intention to learn as much as possible about building and cultivating culture in our practice. In this episode, I provide you with my takeaways from Culture Fest 2.0 and how we need to focus on this more than ever. Not only will it improve your team acquisition and retainment, but it will improve your patient’s experience, which is the driver of your practice.
