The Courage to Be "Beta"

The traditional corporate world often demands absolute perfection. Executives and companies frequently suffer from the "Whiteface Syndrome" — the embodiment of authority and order that demands flawless execution. But if innovation depended solely on following a perfect script, we would all be stagnant or already swallowed by Artificial Intelligence algorithms. In this episode, we dive into the surprising connection between the agile mindset of startups and the ancestral wisdom of the clown. We explore why the golden rule of Silicon Valley ("launch fast, fail fast") is the practical application of our inner "Auguste" — our more human, instinctual side that occasionally stumbles — in the business world. Discover how launching a product in "Beta version" uses the "Technology of the Stumble" and the golden rule of improvisation ("Yes, and...") to transform an unexpected mistake into a powerful tool for connection. By launching something that isn't perfect yet, a company accepts its vulnerability. As a result, the customer stops being a severe judge and becomes a true partner and accomplice in developing the solution, turning failure into a raw material for communion. Hit play, enter the "Fertile Void" of innovation, and discover why trying to compete with machines in the realm of perfect efficiency is a lost battle. Have the courage to launch your Beta, embrace your inner Auguste, and fail beautifully! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
