The Courage To Be Criticised & Judged

The fear of being criticised and judged was one of my worst fears!  How does it feel for you?  I know from experience how paralysing and debilitating the fear of rejection can be.   That all changed with one profound experience I was not expecting which then shaped the path of my career for years to come. In this episode I want to show you the  power in being able to embrace criticism and judgment so that it doesn't hold you back at all but instead sets you on a path to growth, success and freedom.
