You may come with an intention, something you wish to release, a question you are sitting with, a desire to feel at peace or to let your body heal. Or you may simply come to rest. Both are welcome. There will be long periods of silence. Your mind will wander. That is completely natural and nothing to worry about. Each time it does, just return to the breath and continue.
