The COVID Effect

How COVID-19 affected us - the president and vice president of the Single Family Living Youth Advisory Board - academically and socially along with how we still see remnants of this virus today. We just wanted to give a disclaimer that what we’re talking about is individual experiences and that we cannot speak on behalf of other people, generations, or anything whatsoever. Additional Disclaimer: If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health challenges, bullying, or feelings of hopelessness, know that you are not alone and support is available. Please reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or adult in your life. Speaking up is a sign of strength, and there are people who care and want to help. Additionally, this episode was filmed in a cafe so hopefully the background noise isn't too distracting!
