But a criminal defense attorney who has spent his career cross-examining prosecution evidence sees something different: a case with real vulnerabilities that was never properly challenged.Shirilla was convicted of four counts of murder for the Strongsville, Ohio crash that killed Dominic Russo and Davion Flanagan.
