Dr. Erika Putnam is a holistic chiropractor at her practice called The Bend, in Whitefish, Montana. She has over 25 years of experience in chiropractic and holds a 500 hour yoga instructor certification, specializing in comprehensive wellness and rehabilitation. Erika is a contributing author in two collaborative books, The Ultimate Guide to Self-Healing Techniques Volume 1, "Self-Spinal Mobilization: Mobilization for Pain Relief and Strong Posture", and Find Your Voice, Save a Life, calling her chapter "How Moments of Connection Heal". Erika is currently writing books about yoga for students and teachers and another geared towards patients. They are both about how to help not hurt yourself in yoga as a practice and attitude. She is also writing a personal memoir. Erika is familiar with what it takes to choose change and start over. After, 20 years in practice she sold everything and moved to her dream location and is rebuilding her life and business. She will tell you that chasing your dreams is worth it!
